• • Fraud
• • Spam
• • Harassment
• • Selling prohibited goods

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

QuiqOrder enables businesses to communicate with customers only after explicit customer opt-in.

Users can opt out of messages at any time.

QuiqOrder does not support unsolicited or bulk spam messaging.

You agree to comply with applicable laws and Meta/WhatsApp messaging policies when using the service.

You agree to pay applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

QuiqOrder is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:

• • Loss of business
• • Data loss
• • Indirect damages

Use of QuiqOrder is at your own risk.

You may cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

QuiqOrder and its software remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer our platform.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
